In 2006 I started blogging on blogs.sun.com. The assimilation of that site into blogs.oracle.com motivated me, finally, to hack up something new that better fits my writing style, gives me more typographical control, and is hosted on my own domain.

My past entries on blogs.oracle.com will no doubt remain there for a good long time. To ensure their longevity, and for ease of reference, I’ve copied them to this new blog. New entries will appear here exclusively.
